I was totally satisfied with the repairs to my car! The office staff was nice and helpful, and the waiting room was pleasant. However, though Aaron had great face-to-face customer service, I never really got any communication on my car: estimate, the damage assessment and work they were going to perform, a review of my invoice...nothing really--just when to come pick it up. I'm not sure if this is common practice at Abra, or if it's Aaron's fault at all (he was swesome when I was in the shop), but I prefer to be kept up to date on what's going on with my car, especially if I'm coming out of pocket for my deductible. So, unfortunately I will not be choosing Abra, or recommending Abra should I, or someone I know need auto body service.

The fixing process was excellent. My case manager stayed in contact with me throughout which I appreciate! However, when I picked up my car the inside was filthy and smelled like gas/odd odor that it did not previously have. I will be getting it cleaned tonight due to that smell.
The body work on my vehicle was perfect. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and quality of parts. It was the poor customer service that made my experience unsatisfactory. I often did not receive the promised Monday / Wednesday / Friday update calls. When I called on my own to check the status of my vehicle the person on my account (Jasmin) became frustrated with me. Additionally she said she was "mad at me" when we indicated that we needed our vehicle back asap and that the part delay was interfering. I am frustrated that the implicit assumption was that we were not expecting an expedient repair.
Everyone at ABRA was wonderfully nice to me and accommodating, but when I received my car back it was raining and I didn't look at the repairs to my bumper too closely. There were gouges that were not repaired and just painted over. The cost of the repair was over 900, 500 of which I paid through my insurance deductible. This should not have happened and I am very displeased.
They were courteous, thorough, and kept me updated about the card progress!
Im still waiting 2 months for my vehicle. Then im asking them to do additional cosmetic work that has been sitting aside for a month. Although my service advisor jasmine who is new to the Abra Team has been more then helpful trying to get things done being that my vehicle file was just given to her. Im over my limit with waiting on my vehicle which is not an average vehicle i understand. But i feel putting fire in your 3rd party contractors and consideration of your clients. Would make things a little more comfortable for the us. Thanks

When I picked up my car I gave you the benefit of the doubt that it was fixed properly because it was raining and I was in a huge rush because of prior commitments. I thought the paint shade looked different, but gave the benefit of the doubt that it was the lighting and rain; however, after getting the opinion of a lot of my friends it is very clear that I was not wrong. My new part's paint does not match the body of my car and it is noticeable to other people. After closer inspection it is also apparent that I am somehow missing a guard on the bumper behind my right back tire even though it was specifically stated to me that this was completely fixed on my car.
I also was very dissatisfied by the attitude of the front desk employees during every interaction I had with them. I understand that they are busy but they were very unhelpful every time I asked a clarifying question about my car. When I picked up my car I told the front desk receptionists where I left the rental car as I dropped it off and they said that was fine. Now I'm getting a million calls from enterprise because they cannot locate my vehicle and I'm in a meeting and cannot return the call right now.
I am completely annoyed by the less than acceptable service that I have received from this company as a whole and will never want to work with you again. Now, along with the added stress of getting in a car accident that was not my fault at all, I now need to deal with fixing the mistakes that you have made even worse. I refuse to drive a car that has a noticeably different bumper color that did not exist prior to this accident, especially with looking to sell the car soon. There should have been way more detail put into fixing my car, especially as a customer working with you and Geico due to the fault of a Geico customer. I will never want to work with either of you again once I get my car fixed back to its original state that it was in prior to this accident.

I had a great experience. They kept me updated about my vechile and made my drop off/ pick up process quick !
I had time to do a full look over of my car, and not only is there a blue stain in the back seat that was not there when I brought it in, but the driver side door handle cover is missing, there was a razor blade next to my battery, the trim panel and the rubber seal on the driver side are not installed correctly, aaannd are not the same as they were when I brought it in, and the plastic seal is broken. Your quality control is a joke. None of these things should have been missed. I was also told all my fluids would be topped off and they were not. How was all of this messed up when you had my car for a month! When all it needed was a week worth of work done. I took photos of all of it. These will be posted along with my review on other sites. This is the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with my car. I will not be using your company for car work again.

I liked how I was updated regularly with phone calls on the process of my car repairs. It was completed faster than I thought and all repairs to front bumper and rear bumper were finished flawlessly. Even my Amelia Island Club license plate on the front that was damaged, all the dents in it were removed for the most part!! VERY IMPRESSED!!

The repair left no evidence that there ever had been an issue, and was done expediently.

Car was not cleaned. Glue or something on widows repair area dirty door scratched you claimed it was there it was not . Goo or something on doors.
Stain on roof like someone spun a sander or left can of something. Bright green paint on driver window. Most of what I am talking about was no where near the repair area. It's like my car was used as a work bench an the guy who worked on it wiped his hand on the car to get paint and glue off his hands.. I spent 2 hours trying to remove all the goo. Got most of it. Not what I would expect from a professional company. Heard an add on radio you are looking for people. It is obvious you need them.

Original estimate was 3-4 day repair time, but actual repair time was 13 days. Additional items were added but not enough to warrant the substantially longer time. I had to pay for a rental car for 13 days. I felt that my car sat around before the work actually begun. However I was very satisfied with the quality of the repair work. It looks perfect.

It took 8 days to so a simple operation. I understand that there were some issues with getting the part, but I assumed that when I made the appointment, the required part would have already been acquired so work could begin right away. That seems to be what the insurance companies expect anyway.
It also took several days longer than expected to transfer my initial estimate created originally under my insurance to the other party's insurance company.
Also, the first time I called to schedule an appointment I was put on hold for at least 15 minutes so I hung up and filled out the online form, which promised someone would call me to set up an appointment. This never happened, so I called again the next business day and was told the only person who could schedule an appointment was busy and could I please leave my name and number and she would call me back. Never happened. So I called back yet again and this time was finally able to set an appointment.
I will say that my in-person experiences with the staff were all satisfactory. I also appreciated that my car was washed and vacuumed before it was returned to me - I wasn't expecting that and was very pleased.
One of your employees put 1200 miles on my car for a door replacement. Terrible experience and now there is irreparable damage to my cats lifespan .

Totally disorganized and incompetent service
I am satisfied with the repair and with the amount of contact and with the customer service I received. However, I was disappointed with how long the repair took overall. It was estimated it would take 3 days but my car was in the shop for 7 days. This greatly inconvenienced and frustrated me.

My car was returned with a problem it didn't have before I brought it in. When I arrived to pick it up I waited for about 30m because I was told it was being detailed,which was fine. When I took delivery of the car it still had writing all over the side window,which was extremely disappointing.

The only item that you should consider is finding a way to let people know when their vehicle should be expected to be ready. We had several computer generated emails that we were on track then it was several days prior to it finally being ready. NICE JOB though!
