Wow! Totally AWESOME! Everyone was so kind and helpful. I appreciated the text message updates and the phone calls for updates as to parts they were waiting on and when they expected to have them and finish the process. Everyone was so nice and kind. Great customer service. Nice to experience this kind of customer service.

Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No communication out of no one. This has to be one of the worst dealings at a body shop I have ever experienced.

The one piece of feedback, a little more time to be able to pick up car. We were notified at ****:00 that car was ready so had to do a good bit of juggling to get there to pick up completed car. Wonderful job on car!

I was given at least 3 different pick times. After driving the car we detect an intermittent BEEP! ever so many miles.

There rear bumper still needs to be worked on under the USAA auto claim. The passenger’s side mirror is dented. And the slide door on the passenger side the same situation. On the front bumper there are still two holes on the front.
