It was a very excellent experience.

The extra work to the inside of my bed to be repaired still has a dent in it. Don't know why it was not taken care of.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Work was done well and ahead of schedule.

Everything was excellent. The whole process was very smooth and efficient.

Very professional. I have a very minor comment. I had smudges on my front windshield that obscured my vision on my ride home. Had to clean interior windshield when I returned home.

From the front desk to Andrew who looked at my Jeep and explained what he saw that needed to be fixed but also said there could be more after they start taking parts off and there was. Loved the texts that were sent. And when I picked it up the lady looked at the paper work and pointed out all the parts that were replaced & Andrew was right, they found more after they began removing parts. Thanks for everyone’s hard and fast work.

First know that I am a big Carman Chrysler Jeep Customer. We buy our cars here, we get them serviced here. So when my Jeep has to go in for repairs at the Carman repair shop I knew I would be in good hands. Been there before. For this accident repair the tram was great. And especially Andrew **** from the time I dropped off the vehicle until it was all done and ready..and completed 3 days before anticipated finish date. Andrew took the time to show me photos of my vehicle once it was under der inspection and repair phase and walked me through everything that was done. He also explained how he worked with the other insurance company. And they have a great partnership with Enterprise rents a car. So I just showed up, picked up my vehicle, and they took care if returning my rental. In top of that they washed and did an interior vacuum of my Jeep. That’s customer service and a 110% happy customer. Thank you

Lauren was especially professional in handling my case. There was an error from Carmans side which caused a delay in scheduling my repair date. Once Lauren was aware, she immediately called me, apologized for the error and immediately began to resolve the issue. Without being demeaning,condescending nor placing blame, she was able to immediately defuse my feelings of dissatisfaction and offer me a fair and reasonable resolution! She did a great job!! Oh....and my car came out beautifully!!!
