Although I am happy with the quality of the work done to my vehicle my repair was delayed by three days with very little communication other than when I would call daily to check the status.
I also found that the interior of the vehicle had quite a bit of dust on the dash and the floor of the cargo area.

I had an amazing experience with Quality Collision. The Quality Collision team is what made it so. Jodi at the front desk contacted me at critical steps of the repairs so that I was up-to-date at all times. She is an incredibly genuine individual. I have never experienced a person as kind as she is. Sheila was also a fantastic person. She took the time to speak with me at-length at during the quote process. Justin P. in repairs also showed how dedicated he was to ensuring my vehicle would be taken good care of. They should all be commended for a job well done.
