I’m a 27 year Farmers agent and finally had a claim on my car. I was very satisfied with the customer service at ABRA. I was absolutely shocked with how quickly the repair was completed. All of the staff were friendly. The manager Tina came out of her office and sat next to me in the waiting room just to chat while Diane Poulos got me checked in. They then sent me to the next room where I had a rental car ready. Very convenient. Diane kept me posted through out the repair and we went and picked it up after completion. Awesome job guys. I won’t hesitate to send my customers to your shop going forward.
