It was easy to set up the process and loved the updates and communication and friendly service.
I would have liked an estimate of the repair time at the beginning, but the work was done quickly and I was back in my vehicle.
They were great communicating with me. The job was completed in a timely manner.

I think you would be better served to just ask for customer feedback for the sake of truly being interested in customer feedback, rather than conditioning your staff to seek great survey responses. Look into Voice of the Customer and don’t incentivize employees for good scores.

We really liked the daily status. But most of all the quality of the work performed on our car was excellent . Our car looks like new. When we received our car back , the car was cleaned inside and out that was very impressive.customer service was excellent. That you!

Initially was told it would take 2.5 - 3 days. It took 7.5 days. The text correspondence is worthless. I don't need to know that my "car is happy"...I need to have it fixed.
