I like the idea of getting the emails with updated about my car but if you do them make sure that you are actually sending information about what my car. For example we replaced x, y, and x today instead of Your Car is happy here.

The advisor, Luke, that I worked with only once called me proactively, during the month that my car was at Abra. I asked him call me and give me updates, but I would go days with out hearing from him and I would have to call him. This is not the service that I have previously received from Abra or Lehman’s.
I think you need to change your scheduling. My car sat for an entire day before someone even looked at it to order the needed parts. If I had been paying for a rental car I would be demanding that Abra pay for the rental. You need to only schedule the number of cars that can be realistically be seen in a day and not over book the cars. Otherwise I was satisfied with the service I received from the employees at this location and the repairs done on my car.
Staff did a great job communicating the status of their work. The final repair looks amazing.
Quick excellent service from all the time I walked in, it was nice to receive the updates with having to call to see how things were coming along.
