Sherri did a great job working with the insurance company to get the authorization to completely fix my car to the best possible condition. The shop then made everything look and work like new.

Mike and the entire crew were very friendly and keep me informed on the progress of my car repair.The Forrester looks to be back to it's brand new status. I did have a small hick-up in picking up my car. It appears a rear light appears to have been left on over the weekend that drained the battery. The car would not open or start and needed to jumped and tested, which lead to installing a new battery. While it delayed me a bit I was happy Mike Melton took it to the service department to ensure the problem was resolved. However, that night I noticed the rear light was still on in the back of car. I had to use the key to enter and start the car to avoid another battery drain. But overall I'm very pleased with the entire dealership in handling my repair/claim.

We are satisfied with the work performed, but are now having an issue with the Electronic Parking Brake, that was not present before the accident or repairs. The parking brake didn't release, when our trailer was hooked up to it. Truck wouldn't move. I called OnStar, and they wanted to tow it to the dealership, but that wasn't an option at that time. I turned the truck off, and let it sit for about 15 minutes, then turned it back on and the brake released. Not sure why, but it's throwing 2 ABS sensor codes now according to a diagnosis.
We are experiencing multi mechanical issues within 24 hours of picking up the vehicle. The service department has not been helpful with these issues. These issues were not present prior to the accident.
