I am very satisfied with my experience!!! It was a fast and reliable service, I dropped off my vehicle just before a left for a short vacation and the repairs were done just in time forme to get back to work.

10 star treatment. Manager Teresa proactively provided options which ended up savings effort and expense. Have taken multiple vehicles to Fridley over the past decade. Always a great experience. Super fast turnaround.
Yeah they emailed me every day let me know what was going on and they kept in touch there was little one little problem in the den **** it’s gonna be another $2000 but otherwise everything was perfect thank you guys very much

The length of time it took before anything was really done and the lack of communication as to what was happening was the frustrating thing about this. Your personnel were courteous and helpful. I understand that there were some staff illnesses which added to this. It is too soon to give a full response as I just got it and have not had a chance to check everything. Kept me informed as to the progress
They kept me informed of how things were moving along. They didn’t make any promises or set any expectations that couldn’t be met of when the work would be completed. It seemed like the turnaround time was very prompt - dropped it off Wednesday morning and picked it up on Friday evening.
