I was not happy with the customer service of the first place I was referred, and was so happy that I came to San Pablo Auto Body. From the moment I walked in, you were friendly and accommodating and were able to take my car in right away and get me a rental car in one seamless move. You gave me a great estimate and completed the work on a timely basis. Am very satisfied with the repairs & hoping that the drive will get smoother. Alittle bit stiff presently but may be seems different having driven another car. Well I very much appreciate David & his company for exercising a high level of professionalism & consistent update. I hope for the nest drive, safety & longlife with my baby Honda Accord. My car was fine but one thing was bad and the most important is the driver's seat is not right and I would like to take my car back to be repaired because I feel uncomfortable with my seat like this, I will take it on Monday or Tuesday to Please fix it, thank you.

I love this shop.. I dealt with David and he was absolutely courteous.. I will recommend any and everyone to use this shop.. And my car was perfect.. Had a little hiccup but it was fixed without any hesitation.. I love this shop..

The work was completed very quickly. They took care of the rental return. The staff was friendly and efficient. They explained everything they did and showed me what they were replacing. They use original factory parts. My car look like new! They even washed and vacuum my car!

San Pablo Auto Body is so great to deal with! David and everyone else I interacted with was so easy to work with--professional, thorough, on time, easy to communicate with.
