16 Weeks and nothing but excuses! Forced us to change Thanksgiving plans and numerous weekend plans. Nothing on schedule. Knew when the decals would be ready to be put on, but waited until the last minute to contact the person that needed to do it. Therefore, still another delay. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!
These folks what took was a disheartening experience and made it better. They care and take pride in what they do. They are the best at communicating and keeping you informed. I never had to call once for an update. They deliver what they say they will and treat you like you're the most important person to them.

Earl stayed late to accommodate us when we got stuck in traffic. He also made sure our coach was move inside the garage to help prevent any additional roof leakage. Both Joe and Earl were very courteous and pleasant to work with.
Thanks to all who worked on the coach. Everything so far including the refrigerator is working as expected, which makes Julie very happy.

Customer service was outstanding! The correspondence was prompt and clear at all times. I have not had the pleasure of meeting Joe in person yet but hope to due to the courteous and pleasant conversations. Coach took the time to figure out all the issues of our trailer and tackled the task. I will use Coach again in the future and pass you on for recommendations. Thank you!!!
I would suggest that when you are aware that a customer is coming to pick up his RV after work has been performed and you know the day they are coming; that someone check it out and start it up the day before or the morning of, to make sure everything is ready and working properly. It was frustrating to drive over 2 days and many miles with you knowing the date that we were arriving to have the batteries dead and the coach not checked out to make sure everything was in working order.
We do appreciate that you refunded our costs for the mobile technician that we had to call and the service that you provided to find that technician.
All of your staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and I'm sure the situation was uncomfortable for them also. Hopefully we all learned from this. I can assure you that I have gained even more valuable knowledge of my rolling home.
