I hope you can work with Enterprise Rental to make them more responsive to your customers - if they say they will meet the renter at your shop, they should make every effort to be there. I'm not happy with their service this time when I rented their car.

i was being communicated with via text the entire time, but when my car was ready i was left a voicemail which i didnt see until 2 days after it was sent. i would appreciate one way of communication to stay consistent. other than that the service was great.
