Excellent experience from start to finish. The staff goes beyond the boundaries to serve the customers. It was hard for me to take time off, to get the estimate, but the specialists at M&R still took me in at a later time. The repair quality was exceptional, customer service was superb. Afterwards, my car was thoroughly washed, shined, and interior was vacuumed. Something I'd never expected. I felt like part of a family.
