I like the fact that you guys always up date on my car, and there's always good customers service.. I will always continue to up there, cause you guys always do a good job on my car..2 weeks ago, I was at the NEX .. I was worried about how my claim process would go, and went with Oka's auto-body based on USAA and online reviews. I am so happy I did. I can't express enough the professionalism and quality of work I experienced with Oka's. I have had a number of bad experiences with auto-body shops, and I'm glad Oka's was able to break that streak. Vehicle interior was not left in clean condition. There were repair papers, parts (which I hope was not forgotten to be reinstalled) left behind, and the back seat had some stains which I do not remember being there when I dropped off the vehicle.
