Very satisfied with the final product and the fact that the details were so well attended to, felt you REALLY wanted to do the job right, for that reason would recommend & use you again. However my car need more work than was originally in estimate, rather than telling me they were having trouble reaching the insurance company (on 12/21), I wasn't notified till 12/29, I reached them immediately, I should have been notified immediately & that kind of time frame shouldn't elapse during repair process.
