Had answered this question in a text a few weeks ago but had runs in the paint on two different places. The biggest problem was not getting an estimated time of completion or updates during the repair. I called 3 times.

The body work seems great. The replaced parts seem secure and the paint matches up. I would have no problem telling anyone you all do quality work. I did have a couple of issues with some other things. When I arrived first thing that morning the car was sitting out in front of the offic unlocked. It had been in that spot since the previous day as it was covered in frost and the employee I spoke with stated it was parked there on the previous day. I spoke to this employee because he had to give my battery a jump. Before leaving my car with you all I had no issues with the battery and now it has died multiple times since, in spite of me putting it on charge. I am understanding of the fact it probably sat a lot during those two weeks and maybe the battery is getting older. That employee who gave the jump stated it was fine the day before. I did notice the radio station was changed and the fact it was on radio at all was strange. I assumed something reset when the battery died. However, the other times it has died since the car has still been on the usual bluetooth settings that I normally have and the radio station is not different. This leads me to believe someone was probably listening to the radio. Also, the back seat was down which I did think was odd because I have no clue why it would have needed to be down. After arriving home I lifted it up to find that the seat underneath was very dusty. I assume someone had the seat down for some unknown reason and then didn't see the mess underneath. There was also a plastic piece on the inside of the back door that was not secured so I popped it into place.

Very informative and courteous when I called to check on parts status. The vehicle looks like new. Can't even tell there were ever any damages. Rental car procedures very convenient and quick. I will recommend their services to friends and family.

It was mentioned the repair may take 3-4 weeks but they were concerned my brakes may have been affected by the wreck. They asked me to bring it in sooner so they could look at it. I was getting texts of the status when I got the notice it was ready for pickup it was completely repaired. Great work and very timely.

Overall happy with the bodywork, but took 90 days to get our vehicle back. Only communication was us calling the shop every 14 days to check in. After it was complete, We found someone else's health insurance cards in the car afterward and an extra bolt left under the hood that rattled out while driving.

Everyone is so nice and friendly. Updates were weekly and any question(s) I had were answered immediately. The only thing I dislike was the weekly texts were not accurate.
