I think is great that they were able to provide both services the rental and car repair at the same location. I believe the speedy process is great and it also allows the rental to be less expensive. The staff is friendly and very cooperative in addition to informative which is greatly appreciated.

rubber on door was painted over, car trim badge was left in my cup holder, car stunk of chemical odor, rear rim that was repaired was not an exact match to alk other rims. no communication on ETA for parts to be ordered. poor satisfaction overall.
