We were very satisfied with the work, but the customer service could use a lot of work. We understand that it wasn't your fault that the accident happened but when your only mode of transportation is in the shop is greatly appreciated to get a daily update and follow up with your customer.

Your staff is excellent and they are very customer oriented.
