Insurance fraud is written all over Akis. Miscommunication, overestimating repairs by over 4,000, taking a month to replace a rear bumper, the list goes on. Oh, and lying about work that was taking so long that never happened. This shop needs to close. I will be contacting the better business bureau immediately.

I didn't like that my car was scheduled to be ready in one week but it took 3 weeks! I paid 13/day for rental car insurance and because of the delay I had to pay almost 300!
Your stupid automatic text machine sends wrong information to customers- you may as well stop using it because when I called the guys that answered said don't pay any attention to it! So why bother me with it if your own employees diss it.
The body work is good as always- I've been an Aki's customer since the mid 80's.
