I was VERY pleased with the initial contact with Joe Scanlon of Fred Bianco. He was patient as he explained the direction of the repair, and how I would be impacted. I LOVED the daily emails and updates of progress. I also was pleased with the phone calls. Everyone was always professional and I never felt ushed. My car was finished **** day before I was told it would be ready. I am very pleased with the final outcome.
