Great service ,.. excellent communication during repair process
My car looks and drives great. The body cabbage and new passion looks amazing. My problem is customer service. Cathy can be incredibly passive aggressive a/o condescending when you're just asking normal questions. I've never had to repair my car for a major accident. I don't know how things work. On multiple occasions, Cathy and Marie told me they'd call me at X date or X time to update me, and they didn't. 3 separate times. Don't make promises you can't keep? I know you can't control what's going on if you're waiting on a part to be shipped, or the other shop to fix mechanical parts, but you can absolutely control telling someone you will communicate with them and not do it. In addition, the text message / online system needs to be fixed. I have a text message that says my cat was "ready for pickup" on March 13, like 48 hours after I dropped it off, which absolutely wasn't true. My car wasn't completed until April 4. Otherwise, so far, my car seems to be working fine and looks great. Thank you for the great work.
