As soon as I arrived at Pavilion Collision a State Farm greeted me and got the whole process started. Once I went inside to the office, Jeff Bastion greeted me. The service was excellent. He explained the process and called Hertz for me. He emailed me several time with the estimate and when they would have my car ready. When I picked up the car, they had done an excellent job on the repairs. They even washed my car. I give them an A+.

Great job in the body damage repair.
However, the inside of my car was very dusty on pickup, which was a bit disappointing. Dust was inside my glove box, on the seats, dashboard and ac vents.
