I'm very happy with the repair work. However, I was told it would three days for the repair and it took 5, thus causing me extra expense, (4 days), which I really didn't have, for the insurance on the rental car.

Received an E-Mail several days after dropping off the car which said I would get updates. Did not received anything to advise status until afternoon that I picked up the car. Would be helpful to your customers if you would send actual updates.

I'm very happy with the repairs. My car looks great! The only issue I had was lack of communication. I had no idea how long it would take for my car to be fixed. I was texted May 2 in April then the next text in mid May said May 26. It was very frustrating. However, you paid for my rental car after my insurance company stopped paying and I really appreciate that. I would definitely recommend you to others and would use you again. Just a little bit more communication would be nice. Thank you!
