i was not happy with timeframe/got estimate on 11/30..you could not get into shop until jan25..8 weeks later.however..your staff made up for any frustrations i had, Cidney was very freindly and professional as was your entire staff i dealt with from start to finsih. the work was great and to my surprise my car was clean! hope i do not need your services ,but if i do.i will be back.thank you! you should buy your team Chocolate!! they do good work!

People were very nice. It was also very appreciated to have a clean car when I picked it up, not just a clean section. While it was not Davis Green it is a reflection on you; the young man at Enterprise needs to learn customer service and customer recovery skills. Especially not to talk about a customer when you do not know they are behind you. His lack of polished experience tarnished the beginning of my experience. But the repairs, your staff, and my pick up experience was top notch! Thank you.

The communication from you to me was very nice. I did not have to call up there to find out when the car would be ready. I was informed frequently about the status of the car and I liked that. You washed it too which was nice. The work done was excellent and I appreciate it. Thanks again'

It should not be necessary to require three signatures to authorize a survey of damage since USAA HSS designated Davis green as their authorized shop. A whole week was wasted waiting for my signature.

When Donna went with me to look at the car, after it was finished, I noticed that the plastic Riviera name was missing from the repaired rear quarter panel. The car was then taken to the back and it was put on. Evidently when the car was "powerwashed", the operator may have held the stream onto a small"chipped" point on the corner of the hood and the water flaked up a section about the size of a nickel from the top of the hood. That area was then "touched up" with a white paint that was far from the color of the car. No one said anything about it and I discovered it when I looked the car over when I arrived at home. The rep apologized and said that you would sand and repaint the hood and provide a rental for the period that the repair would require. I also noticed, by feel, that the rear corner of the trunk lid, nearest the repainted rear quarter panel had overspray on it. Just below that area, and just above the name of the dealer who sold the car, is an area of possible over "powerwashing". Numerous tiny spots of paint were missing from that area. I can probably rub the overspray away and may be able to touch up the tiny spots myself.
