Everyone was very nice. My dads car was in for body work and they kept me up to date on the progess if the work. And when it was time to pick up his car there was a problem with it staying started and they would not release it untill they found out what the problem was and even offered to drive it to the Lexus dealer for us.But they did not have to do that they found the problem abd resolved it. I would surely recommended Ficarros
