Excellent body work and the car was meticulously cleaned.

When the paint job was done there was damage to a trim piece where it looked like tape was removed. I took it in and Dave said that was normal wear and tear. I was very pleased that the body shop manager called and said that they would take care of it. I was certain that it was not there before and sent i picture to Joe Barone my salesman and he confirmed that it was not on the car when I bought it a few weeks ago.Disappointed that Dave was kind of dismissive about it, but he redeemed himself by speaking to the manager. I was overall very impressed with the facility and staff. The work done was excellent, just one little issue, happy that you are going to resolve things.

I was very pleased with how smoothly everything went. Since I was dealing with Nationwide, I was also pleased with the ease of using a rental -- I was picked up by Enterprise soon after dropping off the car, and I was able to simply drop off the rental car keys at the shop when I picked up my car.
