From the time Randy first helped me get my Rivian towed to Accurate Auto Body from the impound lot until the work was complete and Justin got it back to me every thing went great. Rivian was a little slow getting their work done, but Justin kept me informed and did a great job coordinating everything. Justin's extensive knowledge of Rivian vehicles, and his understanding of the Washington State insurance system were very helpful.

Jackson was always available to answer my questions and helped me to navigate the claiming process with Geico. He provided weekly updates with details. He walked me through the facility at the end it was eye opening as I didn’t understand the complexity of repairs before. I have been driving my Tesla for over a week already and it feels like I have never had an accident and I am driving a new car. I haven’t experienced any issue.

Only negative is - AAB was very responsive when I had questions or requested information. But AAB was not proactive in keeping me informed of progress as I wanted. Because it was a long repair, I would have appreciated occasional status updates even if the message was "no progress - still waiting for xyx".

I was very happy with how the whole process with Accurate went. I thought Jackson was very nice. After I paid I went to my car and saw a large scratch across the navigation screen. I was surprised but I assumed maybe no one noticed when they did it (an honest mistake) so I went in to ask about it. Jackson was immediately combative; he wouldn’t even look at me. He repeatedly said “that’s not something they would fix here and that I would need to take it to the dealership”. I repeatedly explained that it wasn’t there before bringing my car in for repair so it must have happened while my vehicle was under Accurate’s care. Even the woman at the front desk explained to him that I was saying it happened while it was at Accurate. He then switched to saying all they did was repair my bumper so they couldn’t have possibly damaged it in the way I’m claiming. I know that the vehicle was transported to Kent, which I would imagine is when it was damaged considering there is also a sizable scuff on the rear passenger door that wasn’t there before. I honestly wasn’t even that upset about the screen when I first saw it, I was mostly surprised. But when Jackson was so hostile towards me for no reason, I immediately became concerned that it actually was his / Accurate’s fault— there was no need to be so defensive and mean to me. I even called Accurate the next day (Friday) and talked to the receptionist. She was very apologetic (she witnessed the encounter between me and Jackson) and said there is no reason he should be talking to me in that way. She said the owner was busy with something and had an inspection after but that she would have him call me back to talk about the situation. I realize that our conversation was a little late in the day on a Friday (2pm) so I understand that he didn’t call me back right away. However, since I received this survey this morning (Saturday), I figured I should give my feedback here as well. My experience on Thursday with Jackson excluded, I actually thought my experience with Accurate was wonderful. I honestly just want this issue to be resolved and to be treated with the respect that everyone deserves throughout the process— which Jackson severely lacked on Thursday.

There were some damages on the car paint scuffs on hood and on areas that were not there when car was dropped off. Informed Randy and he said he would take care of it. Except for that communication was on point always and happy to finally get the car back!

It would be appreciated if staff did better to communicate regarding the status of the car and the timeline. My car was in the shop for 2 months and when I asked when the car would be done/what the status was, a lot of the answers I was getting was, “well we’re still waiting on assembling,” “to be honest I couldn’t tell you” or “whenever the department or assembling is completed.” This went on for many days. I was also told the car would be ready next day but to wait for confirmation only to be told after calling them myself the next day (Friday) that the quality control failed and the car would take “a few more days.” I just wish for better communication on where the car is at and when it would be done and not just be told “hopefully in a few days.” This has really frustrated me and made planning things difficult especially because of transportation and lack of accurate communication.

Great service by Randy and the team. The only issue with service was the timeline. Initially it was 3-4 weeks, but the repair ended up taking more than 6 weeks to complete, which my Insurance company was not covering. That part was extremely frustrating, but not necessarily anyones fault specifically. Thanks for delivering a quality product back to me nonetheless

Can still see dent in front driver side quarter panel on close inspection. Not sure why shop decided to repair instead of replace panel.Very disappointed especially since your shop is considered a high end shop and change significantly more than most other shops. Also, one of the fasteners in the wheel well was broken and not replaced. Small details like this represent shotty work. Also, was told car would be fixed by a certain date and this missed.
