The txt updates were useless. Got a txt on Weds - 50% done after 10 days. Next day, we're done come get your truck. Workmanship looks great. But details are unclear - alignment? Tire balance? Can't tell. Happy overall.

We did have one issue with the radio. Not sure if You disconnected the battery or if someone hit some buttons on the radio. All is OK now though.

I picked up my car upon completion of the repairs, and I noticed after the employees had already went back inside that there was slight damage as a result of my accident which was not repaired by the "gold team".
I respectfully notified an employee that I did not think the damage was completely repaired, and they set up an appointment for me to drop it back off and get the rest of it fixed.
I am not the type of person who is only satisfied if he gets what he wants. I am satisfied because of the quality service I received and the fact that I was given no hassle when I made a formal complaint about my result. Thank you for being the kind of company that people like me will remember for your ethics and priorities.

My angel that I had on my dashboard was broke when I picked my car up today.don't understand how that hapoen. That angel has been on my dashboard every since I've had my car and then to pick my car up today and it is broke. Noone mentioned it to me and it wasn't until I rode off the lot when I noticed it wasn't moving and then I saw it was broken.
