Last Thursday I received a Text that my Car almost done and would be ready 11/5 by 5:00 PM.
On that Monday I did not hear from the Body Shop, so I called the number for Don Wessel at 5:00PM and got the Show Room and the attendant that answered said Body shop closes at 5:00PM. I asked if some one could give me Status of my vehicle since it was suppose to be Ready at 5:00 from my previous correspondence the week before. he passed me to Finance? and that was kicked back, the second person that answer, may have been the same one was not too friendly said call back in AM. So no status on my Vehicle. On Tuesday AM I called in to Body Shop, was transferred to Tom he did not have a Status would call back. I waited two hours and no called back so I called in got Tom and he said now they had to order a head light bracket or new assembly was not real clear but would be Wednesday afternoon before it was ready. I called Wednesday afternoon again Tom stated that he had to order something else and should be done on Thursday AM. I called Thursday AM Tom again said he get it Done right after lunch they had the parts needed. On Thursday after noon Tom Called me Said vehicle was Ready. This was the first Time some one called me about my vehicle status without me initiating the call. The workmanship on the repairs on the appearance looks excellent, car was handed back in excellent condition and very Clean. My problem is the repairs came back 1200 over estimate. and took three days longer than estimated. the outside damages were not sever, you had to look hard to really notice them. If the repairs, parts required, and more time needed needed were more than estimated should I and my Insurance company have been notified. A call could have been made Monday saying my vehicle needed more time would have been helpful. Lack of communications between the Body Shop and myself were very disappointing at best. I have had great experience with Don Wessel in the past but this experience from Monday to Thursday this week leaves me a little concerned.
I was completely satisfied with the repair job, but someone should have vacuumed the CRV's trunk and put the back seats down the way the seats were designed.

Service was completed before scheduled. All questions were answered & I felt comfortable that a bad situation was going to be better. Wessel is all about service to their customers. Don't ever change that!
