My tires were not balanced. I had les Schwab do that. The front of my truck is crooked and uneven. There is moisture in the new front light yall put in. The guy argued with me that my passenger door needed to be corrected. Tried to say the pins were going out. Also i now have a grinding rubbing noise coming from the passenger side front. Very unhappy with his comments about mainly working with foreign cars not american, and only being a body shop not a mechanic, and will fix it if he gets paid. Very very unhappy!

I've always believed the heart of everything lies in the foundation of your presentation and AutoCraft prison in them self as very professional and caring super positive staff the only thing I can say that hindered the experience was the rep from Enterprise she was driving off even before I got my second foot out of the car LOL it's not a bad reflection on AutoCraft though super grateful and appreciative of all their work. When I left my car to be repaired including all insurance information; even a claim number. They discovered a rather enlongated deep seated scratch just under the passenger side mirror which they were replacing. Dana asked me if I'd like to take care of that scratch while they were already working on a mirror installment; that the fender would cost me $154-174. So I said sure. When I went back to get my car, I was charged $670.28 for that fender replacement out of pocket expenses. I asked why it was included under the same claim no./ they didn't know?? I have full coverage and I had to pay for the entire job (parts and labor)..??? What the heck? It as covered and if they needed a separate claim they should have said do at that time. Nobody should have to pay out of pocket for damages that is covered with insurance! Who has $600++ just lying around? I sure don't!
