The entire process was exceptional (in a good way)! The work was done fast and done well. The one minor issue (black bumper cover showing thru the tan paint in a few spots) was addressed before I ever even saw the car. As it's already 11.5 years old I saw no reason to go to the trouble and expense of ordering another one. Judy was lovely to deal with and I would/will recommend Key Collision!

Very satisfied with my recent experience. Car was fixed in a timely manner, pick up was super quick, and they even returned my rental for me. Car was cleaner inside than when I had it dropped off. Great service thanks so much again you guys!!

I was extremely pleased with Key Collision. I brought my car in on a Thursday and they had it completed the following Tuesday including coordinating the estimate. When I picked up the car it was washed and the interior cleaned. The rear bumper that had been damaged looked like brand new. The clearcoat was well done without any sags or runs. The seems between the bumper and body were even and tight just like they were from the factory. They matched the paint color perfectly and it is indistinguishable from the remainder of the car. The office staff was friendly, helpful, and well prepared. They made the process truly painless. Key Collision is outstanding. When I was rear ended I dreaded having to go through the repair process, but Key Collision made it easy and I have my car back good as new. Thank you so much!

Overall very satisfied with the experience and professionalism. Only suggestion I would have is to update the “on track” date in the emails. The car was ready 5 days before the on track date I was given in multiple emails.
Very satisfied with the work done. Car looks great and was very easy experience having Geico, Repairs and Enterprise in the same place. Would highly recommend.
