The car was done on time and beautifully. It looks almost new. It was cleaned thoroughly inside and out. They even cleaned the car key's buttons which were sticking a bit when it was brought in for repair. Thank you to the whole ABRA team who took care of this repair. You are a gem to your business!!!
Front desk awesome. Whenever I phoned in, they quickly pulled up my case. Megan was amazing. Really has a knack for the personal touch. She was always on top of everything and kept us informed.
One thing that could be improved is to not spray the interior of the car with fragrance. My wife is very sensitive to chemicals and we always end up having to try to take the smell out with white vinegar. Probably a lot of people like the fragrance, but could be a problem for some. This is just feedback and in no way affects my opinion of your performance. I will always choose ABRA when given the chance.

The people at the front desk shouldn't swear. It was a conversation amongst themselves and they were definitely not speaking to or about a customer. I over heard it from the waiting area. I totally don't care and swear like a sailor myself, but more uptight customers might take offense. Just my two cents!
Also, a covered parking area with designated spots might be helpful. It was pouring when I dropped my car off so me and Megan got soaked surveying the damage.
Everything else went smoothly and the repairs were completed much more quickly than I'd anticipated.

I was pleasantly surprised that my repair was completed earlier than expected. I appreciated the updates both by email. and phone calls to let me know the status of the repair process. Bruce Holman was very thorough in explaining the work that was done. I would recommend the Bellevue ABRA to friends in the future

I believe the team of bruce holman combined with I believe her name was heather at the Bellevue office. They were both polite very informative and they both went the extra mile for customer service and satisfaction.
I am very impressed with ****) being able to bring in the car the next day 2) Dion's daily status emails 3) 4 day turn around 4) cleanliness of car on pickup.
Why am I not completely satisfied? Enterprise upgraded me to a Yukon, and did not explain it was not covered by insurance (only a mid-size car I learned upon turning in the car). I had to pay $160 out of pocket, when I would have been fine with a mid-size car. No wonder the woman was smiling when I left.
