Answering service/ voicemail needs to be updated with company name when customers call and do not get a receptionist.
Also- reminder calls should be made the week prior to scheduled repairs. My repairs were estimated and scheduled for about 7 weeks out- not a problem, but I never heard from anyone prior to dropping the car off until I called to confirm we were still scheduled and on track.
Work done to the car was perfect and staff at the location were wonderful! Thank you so much!
