completion date was changed five times. Originally Thursday, then Friday, then Monday for sure, then Tuesday no problem, then by noon on Wednesday. Finally got car at 2 pm on Wednesday. We have used your body shop several times in the last ten years and have never had an issue with timeliness. Only one simple unexpected part easily obtained was the reason for the holdup and the insurance company approved it on Thursday.
