After going over my vehicle I noticed my bill stating that the condenser was replaced. Looking at the fittings and the oxidation of the condenser it clearly was NOT replaced. I asked Donna if there was a way to make payments for the deducible because I did not have 500 bucks to just shell out who does. I will be paying off my credit card and paying a 700 dollar deducible. Thanks again I will not be bringing my car do you again for repairs and I will share this story with pictures to every forum and social media outlet there is about your body shop. Thanks Mike Martino

none of the extra work that I said I was willing to pay for was done. I had pointed out numerous scatches and chips that was acknowledged, plus repainting wheel covers, plus getting car detailed. all undone. the work connected to the claim was satisfactory. I had a rental car, and it would jave been so much convenient to have all work done at one time. I was dissappointed.
