This may have been the best experience I have had with a body shop. The staff was professional and courteous. The work was done quickly and professionally and I loved getting my car back clean. And I would recommend Scott's body shop to anybody.

Repair to the door panel is perfect. Communication from Joe perfect. The detailer needs to pay more attention to detail. I drove up and noticed multiple issues. Really just a lazy job on their part. I would almost rather not have a detail than a poor detail job to which I have to go back and clean their laziness. Joe offered to have them detail it again but Why would I have them do another detail after seeing the first job. Once again Joe & staff were very informative, nice and up front to any questions/concerns I had. Fully satisfied with Joe & the door panel work done. Just sad the detailer decided to Obviously cut corners. I would recommend Scott's but would warn them about the poor detailer. Again Thank you for communication & great body work!
