I had to replace my license plates because they were lost there. I had to send the car back to the body shop to correct something that was suppose to be fixed.

This was by far the most dissatisfying car repair experience I have had. It took over 2 weeks to have my car repaired due to the fact that your guys tried to forcefully put a piece on my car that did not fit. This delayed the repair time and new VW parts had to be ordered and the process started over. At the beginning of this process, I informed Geico that VW parts would need to be ordered for my car, my recommendation was clearly ignored. When I picked the car up, there was more damage done to my car that was not there when I dropped it off. The handle used to slide the drivers seat chair back and forth was completely ripped off, the broken parts sitting on the floor of the car. I went to open up my trunk and there were more large miscellaneous car parts in my trunk. To say that I am disappointed or not satisfied would be a grave understatement. Your mechanics/shop guys completely disrespected not only my car but me as a customer. I will never use your services again and will make sure to recommend that no one else uses them either. Now I patiently wait for the part to my seat handle to be ordered so I can come back to your place of business once again to have my car repaired due to someone else’s negligence.

Inspection, ordering of parts, and completion of repairs were done in a week over the holiday period, which was quicker than I was expecting so that was a plus. The repair work was also well done.

I appreciated being greeted so warmly and hearing how I did not have worry about the whole process. I really couldn’t believe it! I’m glad the whole experience had such a good outcome. Anyone is lucky to have this if they ever need car collision repair.

Utterly disappointed with the lack of courtesy, professionalism & poor customer service. As a result, when I’m ready to upgrade my Corolla to a Tundra or Tacoma will go to another dealership.

Worst customer service, no one checked me out and show me what has been done to the car. When I got home I noticed that the QX60 logo was installed upside down. Last time I took my Toyota Taundra to get fixed , they broke my antenna. This place is the worst place. Never buy a car from them or get my cars repaired their.
