There were multiple delays with wrong parts coming in or not coming in. There were delays with production. My car waited two days to be painted due to short staff and oversights. Delays in assembly added to the timeline. Te battery that was dead when the vehicle was towed in and was jumped three times while it was in the shop was not replaced and I was not notified that there was even a problem until I picked te vehicle up and it wouldn't start. No one did a walk through with me after to explain what was done. Overall not a pleasant experience. Thumbs down.

Shop seemed more concerned with insurance claim for hail damage than repairing items as I requested. Another shop quoted me a price that was half the cost of Arthur's repair. The shop only repaired two of the three items I requested. The third item was taken care of in the hail damage quote versus being repaired as requested.

Very happy to get the scratches buffed out of my car while I waited. Since getting the work done and paying there has been one little issue. Way too many emails. I had 2 emails saying thanks before I even made it home. Another came an hour later and now the survey. I think one thank you email would have sufficed.
