My car was given back to me dirty with some kind of white dust all over it which wouldnt be the end of the world if I wasn't told the car went to detail. The extra stuff that Darren told me he was going to do wasn't done. I Emailed and talked to Darren on the phone about the rear view mirrored r. Last i talked to him he was going to check on it after we talked on the phone but he didnt because when i picked up the car he said he didnt know what i was talking about. I feel I received s lot of lip service and less results. Thats the problem with insurance paying you direct because once you are paid the customer doesn't matter anymore.
