I was very happy with the service I received. The staff in particular was curteous, considerate and professional. The availability of the loaner was exceptionally helpful as we are a one car family with kids!! This alone will be the impetus to provide online reviews in Google and elsewhere and make referrals to people I know.

We were misled but the estimator. We specifically asked how long the job would take and several times he said it was a 5 day job and we would get it back on Tuesday 3/22. We were under time pressure and needed the car no later than Friday 3/25 to meet our planned departure date from Naples. We learned on Thursday 2/17, a day after we dropped off the car, and thru your own text service, the job was an 8 day job and would not be completed until 3/25. Obviously we were very concerned by this and would have never have chosen Devoe had we known that at the time we agreed to use Devoe. So on Tuesday 3/22, I called the estimator and asked about the progress on finishing the car and explained the completion date discrepancy we had become aware of. I wanted to make sure he remembered we had timing issues with this job and I also wanted his estimate of when it would be done. Well I have never been treated so rudely and unprofessional in my life and from an employee of a GMC dealership. He was yelling at me for my questions. I did nothing to warrant that treatment. He basically ending up saying I will call you when it is ready for pickup. Well that was hardly an answer to my question or satisfactory to me but I backed completely off and dropped it. He eventually admitted it was an 8 day job but he was trying to get it done in 5. He did assure me Friday was the date. So on Friday we called again at 2:45 pm. We asked for a progress report. He told us the car was being put back together and would be ready either Monday or Tuesday. He was not sure he would finish on Monday so it might be Tuesday?? And we backed off again left it at that and began working on a new departure plan. On Saturday morning after finishing up some appointments we drove by Devoe and saw the car in the outside lot. We did a quick inspection and then went inside the customer service area and asked about getting my car. The estimator said okay but before I knew it the estimator was yelling at me again. I cannot remember anything that was said but I do remember wondering what the heck happened and why did this guy jump all over me again. At that point I was only interested in getting my car back and getting out of there. And that is what I repeated several times - lets just get this business done. I had hoped someone else could take care of me. But we finished our business and I left. If I said something that offended your estimator, it was only due to his deliberately deceiving my wife and me. From the point we learned the job was always an 8 day job, I did not trust or believe anything he said.
