The communication gap between the Estimator and the customer is disappointing, to say the least. There were no return calls upon request. When I spoke to the receptionist and requested a return call from my Estimator, I instead received a generic email that I requested not to get. Any time I wanted info I got a generic email. I've been in the Customer Service field for over 30 years, and when someone requests a return call, that's what they get.
Your generic emails are very impersonal and discouraging because it doesn't answer the question that I never got to ask. My husband still has one outstanding call yet to be returned.
