We had some post-repair issues. Back seatbelt was detached and unusable (still need to take it back to get it fixed), new creaking sound in the back where I’m assuming the repair was done, new crackling sound under the air vent which may be from removing the dash because there was no front end damage. I can comment on how wonderful our rep was- I think Amy or Amanda? She kept me up-to-date on everything and was helpful when we had questions.
