Great work! Great Service!

Vehicle was scheduled for repairs 3 months after assessment and during my daughter’s winter break. Shocked was delivered to Crowley Autobody on Dec 5th ant Crowley’s request. All parts were confirmed “in hand” in advance. Repair was estimated at 4-5 days. Vehicle was not ready for 32 days !!! And that was after several failed commitments in last 5 days. Aside from the incorrigible inconvenience, I am not exposed for ~$500 of incremental rental vehicle fees that insurance does not cover. Finally, when I eventually got the vehicle back, I had to drive it to my daughter’s college two hours away and exchange for the rental. And when I did, I found that the fog lights were never connected due to a “broken clip” that was overlooked. Obviously demonstrating both the oversight as well as a failure to inspect before releasing. So, now the vehicle has to go back to the shop when my daughter is next home. All of this has been documented with the insurance company.

Repair has yet to be completed. What has been accomplished is satisfactory.

The staff was beyond nice and very professional. It’s never easy having to deal with an accident. After I saw my car for the first time after getting hit I was super happy that it looked like it was a brand new car. Will continue to do service in the future.

Calling when the work was completed, and getting a pickup time would have been nice.

Do not contact me. I have made this abundantly clear. Your service on all fronts is ridiculous. I won’t even begin to explain at this point because any of my issues in the past with Crowley haven’t been addressed and have seem to have gotten worse over the years. Sales & service…well, not sure how you’re still in business treating people the way you do.
