Poor work. Paint was not properly finished on side of door, possibly peeling as well. Dent and seems to be painted over blemish on rear door. And large paint chip/nick on driver side rear door that was not there before taken to this facility is not present. Poor quality of work and looks like careless handling of my property. I will not be recommending or reusing services again.

I am very pleased with the repairs done to my Nissan Altima. I feel that they took the time to thoroughly inspect my car to find what needed repair both under the hood and on the body. The customer service was wonderful. I appreciate that they explained what the process was and kept me updated. They made a stressful situation very easy for me! They did an excellent job and they even cleaned the interior of my car! I love this place and will highly recommend it to everyone I know.

This is the second time in months you have worked on my SUV. After the last time my driver door unlock/lock button is not working because the car won't recognize my fob on the driver side. It works fine on the passenger side. I've brought this up to Stephanie twice and to Brian 2-3 times and it still was not fixed. Also I'm getting feedback from the driver side passenger door speaker. Finally, water is dripping from under the dash board on the passenger side. I would like someone to call me at ****-****-xxxx to find a time to get these things fixed.

I had my back right bumper being repaired and I just picked up my car a few hours ago and now my back right brake light is not working. It was working fine before I dropped my car off to be fixed. Ugh, I’ll be calling in the morning.

2. The protective barrier next to the wheel arch area is missing.
3. There is paint overspray on the black molding along the wheel arch.
4. There is strong odor of paint inside the car. It was uncomfortable driving home.
