had to pay for an extra week of car rental while my vehicle sat in your lot doing nothing
my family member got stopped leaving Moodys for having uninspected vehicle (which needed repairs at moodys before it could receive inspection. do you always let uninspected vehicles leave your facility?)

My experience with Moody’s was the most seamless and painless I’ve ever had and it was superior in every way. I would also mention Geoff and Shelly’s customer service as it was above and beyond-they both went out of their way to make this repair project as easy as possible. Moody’s was outstanding.

Communication was very good. Might need to provide information on repair time expectations. It was close to three weeks for a rear end repair including a muffler fix. What do I know…I thought it would be less time. No worries though, Moodys was in touch with the insurance paid car rental company. All Great given the circumstances. Thank you Moodys.
PS I chose Moodys for my repair because it is company owned.

Other than the length of time to get it repaired(which was not anyone's fault) everything was perfect. Have used your company a few times and always been happy with the quality of the work and with all the people I have encountered on your team.
