It was my first time using Faith; but certainly not the last!. If I or anyone I know needs auto body work done; I can wrap up my response in one syllable “Faith”. Their communication was was unparalleled to ANY other body shop I’ve ever used, and I have FAMILY in the business. My car was done ahead of schedule and under budget!, yeah because that happens in the auto body world. Sarah and the rest of #TEAMFAITH turned a blue collar problem into a white collar experience!. They are total surgeons of auto body. Call after hours? NO problem, rental car agent is on standby waiting to pick you up!, you want a progress update? They reach out to you before you reach out to them! Call/text, their shop is spotless!, they even have snacks; good ones to. Their all about the solution and execution, period full-stop.
