I already spoke with someone even I picked up my vehicle. The work performed was good, no problems there. Realistic expectations of when the work would be completed could be improved. Communication was good during the process. Post delivery, I hate surveys. This being a particularly busy couple of momths in my life, I really didn't have time to do it. I don't believe you should base a person's wages/job performance on surveys.

We are so pleased with the repairs and repainting you completed on our car! It really looks like new again! We also truly appreciate the great service we received from everyone at Star—from my initial call to request an estimate, to the progress reports we received as our car was being repaired, we liked the friendly, considerate manner from everyone we encountered.

First of all getting in contact with Richard who was working on my truck was absolutely hell. I had to call him for updates and he made decisions without even contacting me first. My bumper was put on with a **** inch gap on one side and a ****/2inch gab on the other. My canopy was on crooked, my truck wasn’t even buffed nor was it washed. There was specs of dirt still left in the clear coat from not buffing it. I was threatened I’d be charged a holding fee because I couldn’t get to the shop when it was done, A DAY LATER THAN EXPECTED. I wasted 2 days coming to get my truck because I was told it was done and it wasn’t, that’s a waste of my time. A call would have been nice letting me know it wasn’t done. With all that being said the paint job isn’t bad . Overall satisfaction -5/10, very unimpressed with your guys customer service.
