Ganley went to bat for me and I ended up with a new bumper cover instead of an aftermarket cover. The insurance company required that we use an aftermarket bumper cover. Ganley Collision rejected both of the aftermarket covers because they didn’t fit right so I got a new cover from Acura.

I received and email stating the car was done and that I would receive a phone call to arrange pick up. I never received a call. I find out today that the case was closed on 6/14 but the car wasn't picked up until 6/16 d/t waiting for a phone call. I have been charged for two days for the rental car because of this!
