Very professional and done in timely manner
Severe break down of communication. On 10/18, I called the shop and talked with a receptionist. Told her that I would be out of the country on 10/25, would be leaving my cell phone at home, and directed the shop to call my wife who would be happy to take the car back and drive mine home. The receptionist took her phone number and told me there would be no problem. My wife never received a phone call or text message. I was stunned when Enterprise Rental charged me for 6 extra days of rental use last Friday when I picked up my car. When I told her the story, she stated there "was a breakdown in communication and we will work on it"
I was expecting a return phone call from Andrew this morning, per yesterday's conversation with the receptionist at Richardson Automotive. Andrew never called.
Meanwhile my credit card has been charged. This is completely unacceptable and I will contest the fee.
Definitely went above & beyond while I hope I never need your services again if I find myself needing this service I definitely will be calling you guys!

The manager, Andrew, is a really nice guy. He was very patient with me and help me get my car fixed as soon as they can.
On the contrary, staff who work at the car financing department are really unfriendly. Alex talked me into buying warranty which I did not even understand what it was, and then I canceled the warranty with the manager at the financing department. He submitted the wrong VIN number to MPP and hence my refund was delayed. MPP told me that they contacted him for the correct VIN number and never heard back from him. If I did not call MPP myself, I would not have been refunded yet.
Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend them. Kept me well informed at all times. Thank you very much. Would give them a 10!

Alex did an excellent job explaining things from beginning to end. Getting the rental car was easy. I was told the repair would take 2 weeks, however the car was available a few days early. Unfortunately I was out of town when the car was ready and the shop was going to be closed when I returned home. So Alex arranged for my car to be driven to my house and the rental picked up. My brother was staying at he house, so that worked. I would have sent my brother with rental, but he was not an authorized driver. So the process was easy and everyone went above and beyond to assure all went smoothly.
I have no negative comments. Alex helped the process go very smoothly and I loved hearing the frequent updates regarding my car's status.
Andrew is great to work with and kept us well informed.

Only one environmental concern that I didn't have time to report on Monday, April 4, in midmorning. I had to walk behind a small motorized trash collecting cart that was spewing raw exhaust fumes across the parking lot . Very unhealthy. I know you would want to attend to it.
Other than that glitch, it was stellar customer experience.

The work was done correctly and in a timely fashion and Alex updated me regularly on the progress. I am very happy with my experience and will go back for any subsequent repairs.
My experience dropping off the car and picking it up were fine. The repair looks great. I appreciate your attempt to use email to keep me informed about the progress, but the status reports were laughably bad. I dropped the car off Monday afternoon and was told it would likely be done Thursday or Friday. I got a status email Wednesday morning saying the car was 60% done and would be ready at 4:56 PM on Thursday. ReallY?!? You can predict completion times down to the minute? At 5:45 PM Wednesday, I got a phone call saying my car was done and I was able to pick it up right then, a day early. Woohoo! Good job! Thursday morning, after I already had my car, I got a status email saying my car was "nearing completion"! So you've got a good start with the email system, but you've got a lot of room for improvement.
I appreciate being keeper in the loop about the status of my car at each stage of repair.

This wasn't my first insurance claim for my truck but after my truck was in your shop for a day I started getting text with the status of the repairs. That was such an amazing thing I didn't even sign up for. The best part was when I got the text saying my dodge was happy because everyone was taking great care of it until it was to return home. That level of customer service is hard to find. My truck is my dream vehicle and it crushed me having to put it in the shop for more than a few hours but those texts really showed me that my truck was in the best hands. Also the rep that was taking over my cause actually cared and showed true interest in getting the repairs done as soon as possible because he knew how much my truck meant to me. Andrew has been a blessing in such a crappy situation and I'm greatful he was the one to handle my claim. The girls at the front desk always greeting people with big smiles and you truly felt welcome. All in all the staff is inpecable!

The text messages were not the same information as what I was being told by the representative who was handling my car. I think the customer service could have been better there needs to be an improvement in personal communications with the client.

Ray was great keeping me informed throughout the process and repairs were great.
I am completely unsatisfied, I will never use this shop again nor will I ever recommend the shop to anyone. I got my truck back after 17 days of being in your shop and when my vehicle was returned to me your shop had damaged my truck (not what I had taken it in for or even near the same area) because of a careless worker. Might I say I had to point out the new damages and was never told about them and was given my truck back expecting me not to notice. It doesn't bother me to much that the shop damaged my truck because of their careless acts but the simple fact that one of your workers were driving my truck and hit something, and didn't bother to tell anyone in hopes I wouldn't find out, the dishonesty in the company is remarkable. If I would have gotten a call that someone had driven my truck and accidentally hit something, I would have been way more forgiving, I would have probably just brushed it off because things happen (with the fact that y'all would repair of course), but thats not what happend, your dishonest employee decided it would be better to leave things unsaid, ontop of my truck being there for 17 days the right front rim wasn't repaired as the initial estimate had requested, instead, your shop being the dishonest employees they are pocketed the money and never sent my rim in for repair, and when asked about it they acted as if it was never approved, not knowing we had an estimate ourselves, because I work accident claim all day and know exactly how the process works. After 17 days and 3 cars later my truck is still there.

My Camry hybrid was towed straight to ToR right after a wreck. Everyone was so very helpful and thoughtful.
