I was extremely frustrated in the beginning as I was not getting any communication and not hearing back after several call attempts. Eventually, we found out that the insurance company had given my number incorrectly. Once that was fixed, everything was great moving forward from there!

Original estimate was 4 days, actual was 6 to 7, part of which I understand was due to communications access with Met Life. After the fourth day, completion estimate was on day to day basis until I was able to pick it up. Enterprise, from whom I had rented a car in the meantime, reported similar delays and inaccessibility in reaching the insurance company.
The service rep, Anthony, had a great personality and answered all of our questions and explained the process.

The entire process was amazing. I researched several "collision Centers" and I wanted to send the vehicle to one that specialized in the "David Maus" chain of vehicles. Getting the vehicle work done was easy, Jennifer provided thorough, clear, and precisely accurate information to me throughout the whole process. She called every 2-3 days when something new would start being done which was excellent. This allowed me to gauge when the vehicle would be done. And to my surprise it was done ahead of schedule. The work done was flawless and is better than factory. By that I mean, items were better bolted in place. The Volkswagen Factory in Germany sometimes puts the top front bumper housing on slightly loose, David Maus Collision put the new one on though and no wiggle.
I am HIGHLY satisfied. Keep up the amazing work :)!

When I arrived for pickup, Mike was busy with another customer and I had to get back to work. The rubber gasket around the windows are missing. The inside door handle is missing a piece. The front gasket is missing an end piece. New paint is very obvious compared to the other parts next to it.
Will need to take back to fix. Not happy

The repairs took longer than expected, and that's fine, but we repeatedly tried to make contact to get updates and did not succeed. Sometimes we were promised a call back that we did not get. Other times we got voice mail and did not receive a return call. Service was not prompt and we had to get pushy, which I hate to do, but found I had no other recourse. You can say you want to provide excellent customer service, but you actually have to follow thru.
Please do not have Nicholas call me. I don't want to talk to him again.

My engine light is still on after it was already reset before I left. I was told it would turn off once l drive the car and its normal after body work is done on the car I have driven the car from Orlando to Sarasota and the light is still on.

A piece of small weather stripping was missing from roof of cab. Also, the door guard had a new crack in it. Wendy was aware and is taking care of door guard. Noticed that weather stripping was gone when I got home. The rear glass also had over spray of some kind on it. I cleaned it but it's not great. Overall pretty satisfied and belief that Wendy will take care of these few issues promptly.

Very happy overall. Not happy with the paint drip/run on the door. Not very visible to me but my husband saw it plain as day and noticed it immediately.
The process was very efficient, however I've noticed after the repair (I had one headlight replaced), that the new headlight seems to be a different wattage as the other. The new headlight is not as bright as the other one.

Quality work & timely. However., Also, I was never advised as to the status of the repair. When I picked up the car the tire pressure warning light was on. There was not an issue prior to the repair . I put air in the tire which temporarily shut the warning light. The light continues to go on which indicates there may be a leak cause by the repair

Your staff is amazing! They helped me quickly and efficiently. The person who worked with my insurance company, Mike, at the Collision center was very nice and kept me updated frequently about the status of my repair. I only see two areas for improvement. While the text updates were frequent, I would refrain from telling customers that a repair is done at the same time that the center closes. For example "you're repair is done at 6:00 pm" and then receiving a call that the collision center closes at 6pm. The second is that I would look into bettering the check in process for keys as my key and fob were lost. I know several places that use bags for keys and I have yet to have a problem with lost keys from them. Besides those two things, everyone was very professional and helpful.

The insurance agent told me they would do a special detail inside as my recovered car had a strong smoke odor and ashes . When I picked up the car and sat inside I realized it was jist vacuumed. There was a tray full of ashes and it smelled the same as when I left the car. It was not detailed cleaned. Also the front bumber scratch was not addressed and driver's side of car was missing a hubcap. ( this was because insurance guy did not include ... they are supposed to add that. Wendy was great! She kept me up to date. The car was delayed by one day which it's not too bad. The repair seems to be ok so far. One concern is that the Defog on back glass is not working as fast as it did. Also, the detailing crew threw away the label for the name of the model. Which it is not ok with me. However, Wendyband your body shop manager jumped right on it and they are working on getting the model name tag to put it on my Jetta. I am not totally dissatisfied but you don't have a medium score in the options. Really Wendy was great.
Lack of communication was a major factor. Also, each time the vehicle was promised to be done the date continued to move back. I had to spend 328 out of pocket for a car rental. I wouldn't recommend this collision center. Another issue was the damage that was discussed on arrival was not fixed properly; the dents on the hood are still there .

My car looks great and seems to drive perfect, but the windows were cleaned with something that left a bad residue and created a glare. I had to clean my windows when I got home just so I could see. It could have been residue from the work on the car too, not 100% sure. Also, I'm very thankful you took all the time needed to make the repairs, but my expected date kept getting pushed back farther and farther. I would have preferred to been overestimated on the repair time and then pleasantly surprised if it was finished early. I kept rearranging my schedule to be ready to pick up my car, only to get updates it still would not be ready as expected.
